I'm a head softball coach, educator, author, and lifelong believer that sports have the power to change lives.

Throughout my coaching career, I've discovered that the strongest programs aren't built on talent alone. They're built on trust, intentional leadership, meaningful relationships, and a culture that challenges people to become their very best.
